Booking a reading
The easiest way to book is the request form on this site, or a call or text to Berta at (518) 922-6960. Berta will call you back to find a time that works for you. Readings are available as 15- or 30-minute sessions, in person at her table in Fultonville, New York, or by phone from anywhere in the country.
Payment
Payment is made after your reading — never before. Berta accepts all major credit cards, Square, and Cash App. Gift certificates are also available; just ask when you book if you would like to offer a reading to someone you love.
What a reading is — and is not
A reading with Berta is personal guidance and spiritual comfort. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace care from a doctor, lawyer, or other licensed professional. Berta keeps every reading positive: she will not bring through fear, doom, or anything dark, and you are always in charge of the direction a reading takes.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
If something comes up and you cannot make your scheduled time, please call or text as soon as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. Berta is happy to find you another time that works.
Your privacy
What you share in a reading stays between you and Berta. Every reading is a private, judgment-free conversation, and your information is never sold or shared.
